PARTNER is a research registry of patients with chronic pain and healthy controls who would like to volunteer for clinical studies. By filling out the survey information in the link below, researchers will be able to determine if you might fit the criteria for their study(ies).
Note: We cannot guarantee that you will be contacted for a study and
we do not collect information from your medical records.
Criteria for those with chronic pain:

Adults 18 and over

Pain on most days for 3 months or more

Any kind of long-term pain

Interested in hearing about research
Criteria for healthy controls:

Adults 18 and over

No long-term pain conditions
